Oscar Hasan, Viva's President and CEO, was quoted as follows, "The extension of our plan for scheduled services into Samana and La Romana is a natural one and consistent with our business plan. We are coming out of the chute pretty rapidly and we want to make sure that we expand and extend our services carefully. But at the same time we are also gearing up our internal operation to take things up a notch or two as aviation equipment is made available to our operation. We will continue to advise of our plans and timetables as things progress".
