Seems this company is the catalyst the dominican republic needed to move into the luxury market. They are currently constructing two hotels in Samana, which are slated to open in December, and are also prominent partners in Cap Cana.

When they have checked in the first guest at one of their hotels, then we can start talking about them being a catalyst.

One of the worlds leading resort developers once summed it up in a meeting we had with them.
"We are selling a Four Seasons concept, but buyers might just end up with a Kentucky Fried Chicken".

I wonder how those Atlantica buyers are enjoying their chimichurri?
