Okay - I swear - this is my last request for information before I zip my luggage and fly out...
Any advice on windsurfing schools - I was thinking it might be fun to try (I've done it only once before), so I need a good English speaking beginner school. I've got the list form the Rough Guide, and I've searched the forums without finding much...
Also - anyone ever do canyoning or cascading with Iguana Mama? I'm not sure which sounds more do-able and less scary. Thoughts?!
I just figured it might be good to get out on a few adventures rather than just get sunburned on the beach.
