What are the laws here regarding making wine and spirits for sale to club members only?

The non members will be upset and want to buy also ;)

Seriously, do you mean in DR or Dr products? I don?t think there are laws for that.

In the town of Barreras de Azua, there are about five very rudimentary stills producing, in full view, a not so bad sugarcane moonshine (low proof). Ive asked then if the authorities are giving them any trouble, and their response is they aren't being bothered. The same is happening in small villages towards El Cercado and Hondo Valle. The owners say they have to make a living somehow. However, it's my understanding that the activity is illegal, but is not currently being enforced.
