I used them once. Most of the major car rental companies (Alamo/National, Avis, Hertz) were booked solid for New Years, so I had to turn to Fox (SDQ.) Once I made the reservation, I noticed that the car I would be picking-up was through the Nelly Car Rental Company (SDQ.) When I arrived at Nelly, they did not have a reservation for me. The only car they had on the lot was an economy, so I took it. I did my first week in Boca Chica w/ Nelly and my 2nd week w/ Alamo. I would have rented entirely w/ Alamo, but by the first week of December everything around New's Years (and Christmas) was booked.

If you do decide to book with Fox (Nelly) than I would recommend that you make the reservation through the companies website and NOT Orbitz, where you will be required to pay in advance.
