it is part of a hotel with some privately owned apartment. We recently set up a committee to help with the many problems the hotel has, and we can vote to change things if we have such and such percentage of the owners present. The problem is not enough owners are in the DR to vote on things we urgently need to change and was wandering is it legal to cast our votes online and is this legal.???? We have no other option, or what about faxing our votes with signature???? `
