I will be in Santo Domingo on Aug 12-18 from Dallas, TX, go to some other islands, and return to DR on Aug 23-27. I am just wondering where to go to mingle, have some drinks, and of course dance with descent women with no other intentions than to enjoy themselves and have a good time. I am planning to stay in the Hotel Metur, but if any of you have any other suggestions that would help please advise me in the matter. Oh yes, is there any type of festival for Restoration Day? And if so, where?
