There is some limited seating from JFK to Punta Cana for around $250 USD (RT). It's limited seating so I don't know for certain any of the seats are still available. This on sale now and must be purchased by the end of Sept. and completed by the end of the year. I found this on expedia the other night when I was just messing around with flight schedules/prices. Also, you can get great prices by calling the hotel yourself rather than going through a travel agent. There is also some decent (450ish) airfare available in Feb. Since the airlines runs specials all the time you might find something by waiting until you have picked a time period for your trip.
