I have plans to open a mediterranean restaurant in Sto Domingo.
I have the capital, the location, the concept etc.
I need a manager...not a cook!!! Preferably with Greek or Lebanese experience.

Good luck. I hope you serve a great Fatoush, Kibbe and Shish Tauk. Followed by a good argylee. (Not sure of any of the spelling).
