Does anyone know the name of the Manager of Reservations at the Occidental Grand Flamenco in Puerto Plata?

My friend and I have just booked an additional week to our stay and want to try to get rooms in the same area that we were in for our last visit.

I have been to Grand Flamenco 3 times since March and I love it there!!
The people who work there are so friendly and helpful.

You can ask for Franklin...he is a front desk manager and is very helpful.

When are you going to be there?

Thanks all, we have been taken care off. Thanks for recommending Franklin, not only does he speak good english, he was very nice and professional to deal with over the phone.

Excellent, I'm really encouraged by your comments. My girlfriend and I are off to the Grand Flamenco in just under 2 weeks time. Counting down the days!!
