Neat. I like the postcard of old Calle Independencia and Parque Independencia. You can catch a glimpse of the pre-San Xenon park - before it was rebuilt and "beautified".
Also, in the Haiti section, see the "collective transportation" postcard. Ah how little things have changed in 85 years.

Great photos. Judging from the cancelled stamp on one of the postcards, it appears that the postal service back then was better than it is now. The postcard was delivered!
I love the Cuban postcards, take a look at them. I never saw a child feeding directly from one those animals, goats. And the rest of them are also wonderful.

No kidding. Back in 1968, Saman? was almost like that! To the right there was an "Iron Market" (Built of Cast Iron columns with a tin roof) and the wharf.
The only thing left is La Churcha!
