Had a great trip with my friend the hydro engineer looking over the water sources above my property. Were on trails I am sure not many non Hispanolians have ever traveled.
However, I now find myself looking for answers to further questions from my friend. It seems I can get somewhere around 28 - 30 kwh out of my water sources and the answers to the following will help determine the feasiblity of the project.
1: What is the retail price of power delivered to homes or businesses? ( $/kwh ) This number Mido provided : $ 7.05 RD / kwh or say $ .22 US / kwh
Now, what is needed,
2: What is the breakdown of this rate ( generation / distribution ) ?
3: What portion of the general number is fuel cost ?
Any help on what the answers are to these questions or sources to research the answers will be greatly appreciated.
