There is no such thing as a specific "condo tax". There is a tax on all built property and unbuilt city lots called "IVSS" equal to 1% of appraised value in excess of 5 million pesos. For example, a home or condo appraised at 8 million pesos willl pay 30 thousand pesos annually (8,000,000 - 5,000,000 x 1%).
