Were here in the Santiago and having a blast. However, everything was closed today as it is Sunday! We heard to Santo Domingo on later this week via Caribe Tours.

My question is, could anyone give us walking directions to the Caribe Tours office in Santiago from Calle de Sol? Would it be easier to take a taxi? Also, how long is the bus ride from Santiago to SD? Busses leave every hour correct?

Take a taxi. There is a bus every hour; 2+ hours to Santo Domingo. There are 2 terminals in Santiago. If you want to sit together, go to the main terminal as more seats are available there. If that isn't important, go to the other and avoid the drive through the city on the bus.
