    Does one of you know the/a suzuki dealer in the DR , i want to buy a grand vitara;

    it's called Santo Domingo Motors...recently launched the new grand vitara...over US$26000...some discounts on XL7 and previous model...if available....

    Dear Fear,
    OK thanks. I think, no i am shure, thats a great car; six cyl 2.7;100.000 miles waranty or 7 years; very nice with all options (leather, wood etc...)

    Are the providing the same warranty in the DR as the US??

    don't think they give that comprehensive warranty here.....also the price I gave you is for the base model....no leather, no AWD, don't know if teh grand vitara comes with v6 engine..I think the xl7 gets that
    phone number is 809 5404000, ask for a Suzuki sales representative, as they also manage GM, Nissan, Yamaha...
    And about prices....in Chile, with no free trade agreement with japan, the fully loaded model is just 24900, ticker price on the dealer....the basic version is under 20k....

    One was purchased for $28K USD fully loaded from them. Great vehicle!

    The US price fully loaded is $22,999 + freight for the two wheel drive and $24,399 + freight for the 4 wheel drive. $28K is a very good price in the DR.

    make sure you test drive one first (that is.... if they even offer test drives in dr). I rented a grand vitara about 2 years ago in the states and it was horrible. I could barely get the thing to do 70mph and the car would feel like it was going to roll over upon hitting the slightest pebble.

    suzuki have the worst suv's or suv-typed cars.... they always come on top
    on top worst cars every year.
