Santo Domingo Baseball

Hello again all,

We'll be traveling to santo domingo for a few days from cabarete and I'd love to see a baseball game at Quisqueya. Can anyone give me any tips?

Do I need to get tickets before hand? Are there days that games aren't played? what are the best days of the week to go? We'll be heading there right after the first of the year (no exact plans yet). Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The regular baseball season ends in the DR on December 22nd. The playoffs begin on December 27th. The first round of the playoffs ends on January 16th. I think (not sure) they don't play on January 2nd, 6th, and the 12th.

The exact schedule hasn't been set because they won't know which teams will be playing until the end of the season. Here's a thread where I asked a similar question:

So if we were planning a trip to Santo Domingo, what would be our best bet in getting to see a game? We have a pretty open schedule between dec. 26 and jan 10. i really want to see a game!!!!
