I am a PR in Canada and will be flying to the Dominican Republic from Buffalo, New York. I have a US Visa that is valid for ten years. Will I need to purchase a ticket from Buffalo back to Toronto if I will be driving back? I do not want any problems or last minute surprises at the airport.

If anyone has been in a similar situation, please let me know what your experience was.

Thanks,
Homer

If you are a PR in Canada and you got a US multiple entries visa, you don't need to have a return ticket when you travel to the States. You need to have a machine readable passport for the US --I suppose you got one-- and your Permanent Resident Card to reenter in Canada.
