Whale watchers!

If I plan to visit Dominina in the beginning of March (1-15), is it a good time to watch Whales?

Or it's better to do earlier? How are whales now?

Where is this Dominina of which you speak? ;)

If you mean us (the Dominican Republic) the first half of March is usually the end of the whale-watching season in Samana Bay, so you are likely to see some whales during your visit.

Maybe he is talking about Dominica. I hope it is just using n instead of c, rather than screw up Dominican Republic that bad.

Saman? is the right place for whale watching.
I was really happy with the trip aboard Victoria 2, and the Kim Beddal crew.
Expensive (55US$), but really informative, saw plenty of whales, and a good amount of jumps (!!!)...
