look at the bright side -- the people behind it could be stinking rich. They might just have the mojo to make it happen themselves.

With a Sea Horse Ranch address, they definitely do have more money than I do.

Hey, look at what the Emiratis have been able to accomplish (from golden sand --> Golden Palaces) in less than thirty years!
...helped by some oil-money, of course.

What's your (diplomatic) assessment of their business plan?

Personally, I think that since they're striving for the stars,well, then they should be able to hack any criticism that may come their way.

I you want people (potential investors) to dole out their money, you must give them a good proposal.

All they had to do was to hire a capable consultant.

Yes, the presenation lacked substance, organization, cohesion, and social responsibility/environmental sustainability. But if you were really about helping their cause then you would have taken those comments to the company directly not placed them on this public forum. How are we to know what your agenda is for divulging those names? Who is to say you and your VC compadres are not after the same territory?

From reading it, I got the impression their nothing but con-artists, ...not really wanting to see this through; more like only interested in seeing their potential, unsuspecting victims' money into their bank account.

The reason I posted it on this public forum is so that any potential unsuspecting investor can see it.

To me it is a matter of ethics. You don't know what is going on there, and as long as you don't come here with an scam report, to me this is fool and foul. What other reasons do you have to put down this project in public? You don't sound as Mother Theresa, you must have other reasons.
