While this gives you an overview on how to buy real estate, I believe it's speaks specifically to bying a house or a condo. What are the steps involved in buying land? Are there transfer taxes? If so, who pays them the seller or the buyer? Does an attorney charge the same fee to represent you in buying a house or a condo to buy a land?
