I am also considering having a home built. However, since I do not live there already there is that concern. My goal is to be on water and I know there are some areas on the beach being dev. about 30 min. from Cabereta.
Any opinions here or advice. It is scary never having done this before. I want to live there a long while so I can settle the kids in one country as well as have an investment propery.
Any thoughts will be much appreciated. As I said in an earlier post--we like quiet.
