I know this has been on here before, but I am unable to find the information I need. I have been in the DR for just over 1 year and am leaving back to the US. I understand there will be a fine for leaving without having gained residency while here of about 4500 pesos. I alos have heard it is much better to pay this fine before getting to the airport. Where do I go to take care of this? I am leaving Saturday morning- so if anyone has this information or a site I can research it, please let me know ASAP.
