I relecutantly take back every positive thing I've said about MLB.com (the video game feeds).

DO NOT, under any circumstances buy it for the video. The audio works just fine, it's only $15 I believe.

I had a press account for last season which gave me full access, I could get all the blacked-out games, condensed games and highlights. I've since had to buy in and I can't justify paying for the video any longer - which is chit. To be kind, it's erratic. Never have I received an uninterupted feed. I have to restart the window often, delete history, etc. Any games in Toronto are crap - it's Canada, so this isn't hugely surprising.

They have moved their technology to flash-based video, run only through WMP (Windows Media Player), no more RealPlayer, which, when I purchased the package, was still supported - it was in the FAQs, listed in their promotional items.

Then, once this year began and they introduced the new technology they left all of their RP users out. With RealPlayer you could view in full-screen, this option is not available in WMP.

I now have an Apple (dual processor) and can't use it at all.

I finally got through to someone to see if I could be refunded - I know better, but I was hoping to be surprised. I wasn't (who really gives money back nowadays?). I expressed my concern and let them know I'd make sure I'd reach as many people as possible with this information, I hope you 4 are richer for it.

Stay away.

You're just ticked because of the results of tonights game. :)

Don't worry. I think it's the only one of 4 they will win.:(

I don't know, the Yanks are on a roll, they're playing great - other than defense. I think the Sox got a shot in the Schilling game, but probably not. Schill usually gets the best the Yanks got, I see the MFY's sweeping.

I hear through the grapevine that ESPN is going to award the World Series trophy after this series - at least by their fluffing up commercialism of the series. Baseball boners in June won't last 'til September.

Speaking of baseball and boners, MQ's Marlins are a pretty interesting team. I really like following the minor leagues, and they are basically a Triple A all-star team (not really). Hanley Ramirez, a fine Dominican who was to be the heir to the SS throne left vacant by Garciappara in boston is turning a lot of heads right now on his quick assimilation to the ML game. He's playing like one of the best leadoff men in the game - at least the games I've seen.

F' MLB.com!

Cleef...I don't know if you're insulting the Marlins or not with your comments;)...but I'm happy with the team...for being an almost all rookies team, they are playing really good...most of the games we lost at the beginning of the season were 1 run games, so we'll just let the young ones keep 'practicing' and then we'll see what happens next year...

I'm not upset...Yeah, we are all impressed by Hanley...too bad for Boston ;)

Anyway, my other favorite team is doing REALLY good...GO METS!!!

No insults, I really like them. They have ALWAYS been underdogs, both titles have been from wild card spots - really wild.

The rookie in them is only evidenced by the defense, otherwise they compete real well. We (saaaaaaaaaawx) got the left side of their gold glove defense and it's been worth more than just a few wins so far already.

I saw Dontrelle Willis lose a game recently by only a couple runs - both scored early - on defensive miscues that would not have occured with Lowell/Gonzalez on the left side.

A team that young that competes that well means there is a really good manager doing some fine work. They may not be champions soon, but I find them very entertaining.

I also know they're your team so I root for them anyway.:squareeye

Aaaaaawwww! :cheeky: Thanks!!!!;)

Must be why I root for the Saaaaaaaawx too!!!

Especially when they play the MFY!!!

I know what you mean about Lowell/Gonzalez...those guys couldn't wait to get out of Florida to start playing good again, could they???

I'm happy for the team and for both of them...really good guys and great players...

Give my Marlins a couple years...(hopefully no more fire sales)...and then maybe we'll be able to compete for another title... ;)
