Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in La Vega or Bonao. I need to be there in July for a couple of days for meetings, and any contact information for a decent hotel would be appreciated. (Decent = clean, resonably priced, and with a adequate security in case I have a rental car.)

The Hotel Rey is very nice, clean and reasonably priced, right in La Vega. It's on a decent street righth off the main drag. They have a few parking spaces directly in front. I dont have the contact info, but you should be able to google it.

Hotel in Bonao

There is a hotel in Bonao called Aquarius which is very nice. I stayed there last Summer, Going back again in July. Here is the link www.aquariusbonao.com
