A new resident can bring in household goods duty free under Article 13 of #146-00. Can these appliances be newly purchased and in their original cartons? Range/oven, microwave, washer, dryer (I like the feel of towels and clothes from a dryer), dishwasher, fridge/freezer??? My computer will be three years old.
