The comming of the RC's Legend of the Seas is of interest to us. We would like to book for the coming winter for the cruise out of Santo Domingo since we will be in Cabarete for the winter. Can anyone tell me from experience if it is better to book from Canada or should we wait to be in the DR? Would prices be better (I would imagine for a last minute booking...) and are there reputable travel agents in or around Puerto Plata.
