Please recommend a private chef/cook

We will be renting a villa in Las Terrenas for 11 days and would like to hire an experienced cook for our stay. Not for all meals: all breakfasts, most lunches, and some dinners. Can you recommend a reliable, experienced cook with a good repertoire? Doesn't have to be ultra gourmet, but should be more than basic cooking. For 3 adults and 1 child.

We arrive July 19th- 29th, to a house on the beach on Playa Ballenas.
As for pay, whatever the going rate is, I can ask my realtor. Plus bonus if food and service is really great!

Actually, I was looking for a local person, who would know his/her way around and know where to shop for the best fish, vegetables, etc.

But will consider everything!
