If you don't have a cedula and are working in the DR than you are working illegally..Go to the DR1 home page click on legal at the top then on the side bar click on Residency/and residency advantages...I would go and see a lawyer to help you do this..Such as the law firm who sponsers this site..Guzman/Ariza attorneys at law...It's all on the page I just gave you...
