hi i was just wondering i was born in dr and live abroad but now i travel to dr alot 5 -6 times a year and plan to do business there. i am an american citizen can i apply for a cedula and if so what are the steps, how long does it take and how much does it cost. thank you guys.

Get your birth certificate and go to the Cedula office. They are dirt cheap!! FREE!!
