Are there currently any sites that have discounted rates for airfare from SD to major cities in the US (similar to Priceline and Orbitz in the US)? Or any current "deals" going on? I am helping my bf who is in the Peace Corps find a flight home in December, and so far nothing is under $680.... We're looking for a roundtrip from SD to Washington, DC. Any info would be helpful! Thanks.
