What are you trying to have done... architectural or mechanical design?
I know a lady whom I trust to be very good at architectural CAD in Santo Domingo. She is not a member of this forum but I just e-mailed her a link to your post and she will tell me if she is interested.

She just e-mailed me telling me that she would be interested if it's architectural. She works for an international firm in SDQ doing jobs in the DR and the US too. She is qualified and a straight forward working person.
Please let me know by PM if you are interested in the contact and if so, please include your e-mail or phone contact. She is Spanish speaking and has some English knowledge.
