Here's some info for you on condo laws

Not sure if it's what you want but a good place to start

It is exactly what he needs and the only place to start. It is a 1958 law, but still in effect.

jguerrero's question about compliance of condo laws by condo owners suggests there may be problems in his association. Has your association adopted a comprehensive set of rules for the condominium?

Muchos problemas!

There is no active Condo Association or Board, water payment are past due and facing to be disconnected from the city water supply. Owners are totally negligence about the whole thing, and reorganization is the only alternative or option.
There is not set of rules to govern the association, thats why reorganization is the only way to adopt a new set of rules and regulations.

You need legal advice. You and owners who are in agreement with you that something must be done should consult Fabio Guzman or one of his associates. Fabio represents many of the condos on the north coast and is very knowledgeable. He has been very helpful to the administrator and board of directors of the condo where I live.

Don't try to do this on your own as you may make the situation worse. Get the advice of an attorney experienced in condo matters. This is a subject that a great many attornies don't deal in, so make sure the attorney you are working with is knowledgeable about the condo law.

For what it is worth I would suggest you look at all posts by the OP and then you may have a better understanding.

Afterall, even hypochondriacs can get sick and die. This guy may deserve the pleasure of employing a Dominican lawyer and a foray in the Dominican legal system.
