Wanting some information on exporting fish

I know it can be done, there is a salt water tropical fish export business operating somewhere near Montecristi on the north-west coast. Maybe find out who is their lawyer.

We have imported fish but thats a different story.

The man to contact lives in Manzanillo (Pepillo Salcedo) between Montecristi and Dajabon.
His name is Fianchi Torres and he is one of the"big wigs" in Manzanillo.
He has beenexorting exotic tropical fish for years.

If those dont work, try adding "torres" to the "fianchi".

You may have to wait a long time for an answer cause he'sa very busy man. Seldom at home and always sniffing for the peso.
