Can anyone tell me about the Windsurf Vacation Club in Cabaret? vicinity ? Some friends are going to the DR mid-January and were wondering about this resort. I can't find any mention of it in the hotel database in this site As well, can anyone talk about deep sea fishing boats or charters operating in this area. Thank-you
