Need your advice, please

Hi,
I'm officially married with Dominican woman for 5 years.
And as every family we have quarrels sometimes.
But last time something strange happened. She left our home
with child, but before she went to "Fiscalia Barrrial" and
brought me paper ("Citacion de Fiscalia"). According to
this paper I must visit Fiscalia on September, 21.
Here is in spanish: "para ser oido con relacion a denuncia en
la que se le imputa ser autor o complice de:
Violencia Verbal
VIOLACION A LA LEY 24-97.

I wonder why she did this and what consequences can be for me ?
May be she looking for grounds for divorce? (I don't want it)
Or may be it's some plan for deprive me of my hard-earned money?
Give me your advice please.

Thanks for advices.
I returned from Fiscalia. There was only conversation in Fiscalia.
As I understood the main goal of this was to put some pressure on me.
Nothing serious so far.
But I understood that any person can get into trouble very easily
in this country, even for the words that you never spoke.
