ok, so im i pull behind a minivan (one of those in town that they use like public transport) thinking its letting someone off or on...then it pulls in reverse and hits my car...then does a turn and takes off.....i saw its license
'100157'....when it hit me but when it took off i noticed the first character was an 'I' not a '1'
so that leaves me confused because then i think im missing a number...
are the minivan's license plate codes 'one letter and six numbers'? like the cars'? is there such a thing as 'one letter and 5 numbers'?
it was dark it was quick and now im double guessing what i saw...
anyone know?
