If you are paying for this much advertising on DR1 http://www.dr1.com/realestate/ you might be allowed a post or two for free.

No, I have no RE for sale . But I find buyers for really motivated sellers who cannot afford their houses to sit in the listings for years and are ready to talk reasonable prices.
