Gran dominicus and english??

We are leaving in two weeks for the Ventaclub Gran Dominicus. We know this resort is italian owned and frequented by italian tourists. We speak english and know some basic spanish. How much of a language barrier should we expect? Are the staff able to speak english? Is the entertainment in english as well as spanish or italian? Any other information is also appreciated.

You won't encounter much problem, they will be able to communicate in English too!!!. You will love the place, the beach is like a "postal card".
