Caretaker wants to quit?! And go to New York under a contract for a year as an "Electrician". He has been with me more or less 3 years. His salary now is 8,000 Pesos a month. Do i owe him anything if he leaves voluntarily? IE He quits?

Regalia Pascuale, 1/12 of his earnings in '06, and whatever vacation pay you would owe him, that is to say, if he took his vacations 6 months ago, you would now owe him one more week.
There is no "liquidacion", nor 15 day "preaviso" for a person who voluntarily leaves his job.
