How to insert and image (JPEG or PDF)

Can anyone please let me know how to insert a picture within this thread?

It's a J-PEG file, which could also be converted to PDF.

When I hit the "Insert Image" icon I get a prompt which I don't understand.

Is there a partiular size JPG that is ideal for this like 250 mg. Yes, my boys are way better looking than me, and my beautiful Dominicana keeps me on my toes.

Go to PIX resizer and download Pixresizer.
Simple to operate, small program that doesn't slow PC down, default settings reduces them under 100kb and makes fast to upload to host site (photobucket, etc) and right size for the message board.

60 kb works really well.
Good enough resolution, yet doesn't widen out message board page, like this one.

On the other page, when I saw how large my picture was I edited it out. Why the first post in this page with my quote so wide I don't know.
