An elderly couple had just completed their Christmas shopping and were leaving the store when they noticed a police officer putting a parking ticket on a vehicle. The woman walked over to the police officer and politely mentioned to him that it was the Christmas season so why can't he just overlook the parking infraction and tear up the tag. The copper just stared at her and walked away without replying . The woman was infuriated and shouted "All cops are crooks!!!".
The officer came back to the vehicle and wrote up another ticket. She screamed "Cops are pigs!!!". Again the officer wrote up another ticket. She screamed more insults and again he wrote up more tickets. After the officer had written about 10 tickets, the woman's husband interrupted and said, "Margaret dear, here comes our bus, time to head home".
