Hi, I'm looking for info about the inshore and flats fishing in the DR. I know there isn't much in the way of amenities. What I'm looking for are areas to explore. I'm interested in the potential of developing kayak and flats fishing there. Possibly a B & B and offer other adventures like mtn. biking, etc. Thanks
