I am looking for someone who can teach a young Dominican relative of mine English. He prefers a one on one teaching environment initially due to his confidence level. He lives in Santo Domingo and uses public transportation to get around.
Although he is smart, we feel that he needs to learn English inorder to enhance his employment opportunities as well as his desire to take computer training courses.
