we need to dig up a dead relative's body for a toxicology test. he died late last year - we suspect by poisoning - and though we ordered toxicology tests on the body and it was taken to sdo by the authorities, 2 months later there are no results. we suspect payola by the person whom we believe killed the relative to the police and persons involved in the autopsy.
how does one go about this? what would the steps be? and how to we ensure that there is no interference from any party not directly involved in the re-examination? thanks in advance.
