A friend of me is getting married this summer in Punta Cana.
We are looking into having a catamaran rented for the day/evening.
Does anybody know somebody that can help me out on this one?
I am from the northcoast so my network doesnt really go that far. (not yet)

Thanks a lot. ;)

They aren't planning on having the ceremony on the boat are they????? That can get quiet gory.........especially if there's food and liquor involved......I still have nightmares.

If you are staying at a resort, they will have information if not thier own rentals. Contact the resort directly.

An option...

Not a catamaran, but the Kontiki cruise in Punta Cana is an option for a wedding party. It's a big boat that holds 200 people and is supposed to be a lot of fun. I've not been on it yet, but will be doing a cruise with them on January 24.

They do private charters on an individually priced basis or your party can join a regular tour. They will take care of your group and will try to accommodate special requests.

I've been dealing with Mike at freestylecats@yahoo.ca who has been great with communication and answering all of my (hundreds of!) questions.

I suggest you put your request to him and see what he comes back with.
