We always see the question of how to get from Punta Cana to a town on the North Coast. Everyone says it is 8 to 9 hours via cab or bus. Airlines are overpriced. Why not get this info updated?
Punta Cana to Sabana de La Mar
90 minutes via Miches (1/2 the trip BAD Roads) Great views though.
120 minutes via highway through Higuey and El Seibo the Hato Mayor.
Sabana de La Mar you take a 30 minute trip to Samana via the ferry.
