Bus from Samana to Puerto Plata

Hi,
I've read on the forum a message posted by Ken that there's a public bus doing this road
Do you know if there is one in the morning? Could you tell me at what time does it leave and where do we take it?
For Puerto Plata -> Samana, is there juste one living at 6.30am or are there others leaving in the afternoon?
