STI to Las Terrenas, 3/9/07

My wife and I are flying into Santiago on Friday, 3/9. We get in at 2:15pm, and want to get to Las Terrenas the same day. Is anyone aware of a good way to do that (other than the 3pm bus, which we'll probably miss)? Or is anyone interested in sharing a taxi? :)

You have the time. Public transportation could get youthere. How;s your Spanish?

Well, I'd rather not spend close to $200 on a taxi ride, of course. You think there other ways to get there by evening using public transport? We do speak a little bit of Spanish...
