There has been a lot more discussion than previously about security concerns and a lot more security incidents have been reported. I think a number of dr1ers are interested in this question.
Should there be a serious security incident, such as a resident in his apartment or on the stairway being killed or wounded by a robber, would it be possible to sue the condominium association for damages, charging it neglected its responsibility to provide for the security of the residents if there had been numerous prior incidents that showed that the buildings were not secure and if the assembly refused to approve a proposal or proposals to improve security in spite of these incidents?
