DR Newpapers from 1937?

I'm a grad student trying to research events in the DR from 1937, but am having trouble getting my hands on DR newspapers from that time. Does anyone know which papers were around back then and where I might find them on microfiche? Thanks!

Two places I can think of:
Biblioteca PUCMM in Santiago
Archivo General de la Nacion in Santo Domingo
and a third one that is tied to El Caribe....
